- Are the products environmentally friendly?

The phrase "environmentally friendly" is ill defined. All legal professional products must breakdown within 90 days, unless they are organic like diatomaceous earth. Diatomaceous earth lasts much longer, but being organic does not make it safe to mammals. Mammals cannot breakdown and metabolize the fine dust particles found in Diatomaceous earth. Because of this the product has been found to cause chronic lung problems. Despite this, people still use the product simply because the product is labeled organic. Arsenic is also organic, but I don't recommend spraying your home down with arsenic. It is very difficult to guarantee a pest free home using only organic products. The man made synthetics are much more consistent. The real question should be, "How toxic are the products to you and your family?" Some sprays used to kill pests may have little to no effect on humans, but severe effects on fish and are therefore not deemed environmentally friendly. EcoSmart does provide a great line of organic products based on tree oils and other natural pest deterrents.

Are the sprays safe around Children and/or pets?
Pesticides should never be called safe per the EPA's council. Again you should ask, "How toxic is the product?" Use a company that only carries products in the "caution level". If a company uses pesticides that are "restricted use" or fall in the warning or danger levels then you put your family at more risk. Also choose a professional that does not spray all the baseboards in your home. This technique is outdated. Find a company that uses more current IPM (integrated pest management) methods.

We want our families and neighborhoods to be safe from hazardous pests. It may cost a bit more, but it's well worth it.
